CIRCLE SINGING & THE HEALING VOICE

Singing and working with the voice engages the breath, connects to the heart, calms the nervous system and helps us step out of our busy minds.

We use our voices every day — to express, to connect, to be heard — but many of us carry tension, inhibition or judgment around our voice. This course offers a gentle, therapeutic approach to begin, or deepen, a positive and empowering relationship with your voice.

Through guided Therapeutic Voicework, you’ll explore vocal tools that help activate the parasympathetic nervous system, release emotional and mental blocks, and support a deeper connection with your own inner wisdom.

We’ll also sing together — weaving improvised soundscapes, learning vocal techniques, and playing with the building blocks of melody, rhythm and harmony in a supportive, no-pressure space. Circle Singing is a joyful and freeing way to build confidence, connection and creativity through the shared act of in-the-moment music-making.

Whether you're drawn to singing, seeking a space to explore your voice, or looking to reconnect with yourself through sound — all are welcome, including those who don’t think they can sing.

No experience necessary, just curiosity.
